Breast Enlargement Exercises
Some effective breast enlargement exercises for you. Grab two three pound dumbbells and get working to get the breasts of your dream.

1. Lie on a mat; stretch your arms to your side at shoulder level with the weights in each hand. Raise your arms slowly above your body, and bring the weights over your chest. Extend your arms back to your sides at shoulder level. This is one set. Repeat this for 13 to 15 times.
2. Lie on a mat; stretch your arms, and hold the weights above your chest. Fold your elbows a little and bring the weights towards your chest. While holding the weights, point your elbows out to the side at your shoulder level. Go back to the first position by extending your arms straight over your chest. Repeat this set for 13 to 15 times.
3. Grab a weight in each hand, stretch your arms out to your side, and make small backward circles about a foot in diameter. Repeat this 15 times. Increase the diameter and form forward circles for another 15 sets.
Fact: The breast has no muscles but only glands, milk ducts, and fats which are kept together by interconnected tissues. So, only breast enlargement exercise will not enlarge your breasts sufficiently. But a combination of proper diet and breast enlargement exercise will give you a better result. Exercising helps in toning the muscles where the breast tissues lie. The key to achieving success with breast enlargement exercise is in doing them consistently.
